Since joining udChalo, there are lot of improvements in terms of softer ware upgrade which has been taken place , Still our management is working on the same to upgrade this. We will achieved all the stander as per travel industry very soon

Don't stay dependent of the accounts team to track your sales etc. Idont find them as good as they should be and one must keep track and record of all your sales, expenses etc
