Aweful company and management - Anonymous employee UpCloud Employee Review

The worst thing about UpCloud is that people, inculding top management, intrigue against each other. Many people leave the company themselves, but many of them are forced to leave. Work-life balance that they promote doesn't exist. They promiss you a lot, inculding a good salary and other benefits, but they don't deliver on their promises. Many employees come and leave quickly. HR function doesn't care or support employees at all. If you dare to disagree with something, the door is open. There is an atmosphere of chasing and fear in the company. Lack of support, blaming and micromanagement is their day to day normal. Company is not profitable, but they keep organising very expensive trips several times a year to make themselves look good on Instagram. UpCloud is a shame for a company with Finnish roots.
