Pros
it was a good company if you have a habitual of working under high pressure. the TL and colleagues was very nice person in tech team but i dont like the middle tier colleagues.
Cons
the Tech Team shrink from 25 people to 15 people so the burden of work per person is increased so it is very high pressure environment to complete your task and deliver as fast as you can but don't mess up because the production team is sensitive to their work.
