Too corporate - Ui\Ux Designer Unthinkable Employee Review

Underpay according to the amount and quality of work expectations. No compensation for working late till 12 or even 2pm. Being a service based company people are either working on small projects which last only 1/2 weeks or people like me keep working on 1 project for about literally 1.5 year and there is no more learning for me as it has been so long on the same project and there is just no innovation or new things going along in the project. Just UI no UX at all, no project change or help, no benefits or even appreciation for the extra hardwork. Just mental stress
