Pros
If you like to develop in PHP specifically within Symfony, Drupal, and Wordpress this is a great place to work. You will also get more hands on with system administation and CI/CD development.
Your ability to take on the type of work you enjoy is really in your hands. Management is open to help you develop a path for growth while also playing to your current strengths. Occasionally assignments are given that make you stretch yourself, which is an opportunity to learn and grow.
I work on a team which is fully remote and we work very well together. That is to say, the people who make up the company are real and genuine, and have each other and the company's best interests at the heart of their work ethic.
Cons
Occasionally there is more work on deck than there are workers to handle the load. However, project managers and management in general understand that occasionally developers are put into these hard positions and really do their best to help you work with your clients to meet and/or adjust timelines as needed.
Sometimes working past your 8 hour day is needed. This is not necessarily terrible, as any job requires this from time to time, but there is some silo-ing that happens in this area.
