Pros
There are no pros at all. It's a job. If it is anything like me, they tell you it is one job to get you in there, but then you find out it is a different job when you start.
Cons
There is a woman there that has been there since it opened. She will make your life hell if she does not like you. Ways she won't like you; not chipping in to buy the owner a gift when he makes all the money and you make not enough money to live.
