Pros

Massive growth during the pandemic period.

Cons

I am tired of asking them to pay me on time. They are disorganized and unable to fulfil their promises for payment. They expect staff to be available for many more tasks than the contract says. This would be fine if they paid on time. For someone who relies on this income to survive, this is being a nightmare. They have delayed payments for more than 4 months. What am I supposed to live of? I have tried asking a lot of people for help and they say they will talk to so and so but nothing happens. They say they have thousands of students and that they have to turn them down. Yet they do not honor the contracts they have signed. I do not remember any time in which they have paid me within the interval that the contract says. I have very little respect for an institution that pride themselves of being the leading online Spanish speaking university when they are so inconsiderate with their staff. Think twice before you join this institution. They are very good at marketing, offering their products, taking your money. They don't pay. Period.

Pros

- They give you lots of autonomy and freedom in the way of teaching. - You have a lot of flexibility: you work from your home, and you can choose the times and days for the classes with many options. - They give you a specific formation to learn how to use their platform. - They have a quick answer's time with doubts and problems, especially technical ones.

Cons

- They were unreliable in managing the work contracts. I had problems because they sent me the contract later than the course's start date on two occasions. - Since they have many employers, sometimes they have problems managing the emails, notifications, and requests. - You can miss the personal contact: all the communications are made by email, video call, or phone.
