Pros
- They give you lots of autonomy and freedom in the way of teaching.
- You have a lot of flexibility: you work from your home, and you can choose the times and days for the classes with many options.
- They give you a specific formation to learn how to use their platform.
- They have a quick answer's time with doubts and problems, especially technical ones.
Cons
- They were unreliable in managing the work contracts. I had problems because they sent me the contract later than the course's start date on two occasions.
- Since they have many employers, sometimes they have problems managing the emails, notifications, and requests.
- You can miss the personal contact: all the communications are made by email, video call, or phone.
