      Pros

      I worked in Wilde Agency , but there's no way for me to write a review about a company that's not in the database, so I'm writing it under their parent company Universal Wilde. The people in the agency are so nice and they really know what they're doing! It's really a great team and a fun place to work.

      Cons

      Not much to say on the negative side. It would be great if they moved into office space dedicated to the agency.

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere with very nice people, considerable employee loyalty (many employees have been there for decades), company has a solid if not growing position in the marketplace.

      Cons

      Printing is becoming a commodity business. The firm struggles to escape the trap of being forced to shave pennies per piece off of printing transactions. Employee benefits are also limited (e.g., company pays only 40% of health insurance premiums, no 401k match, stingy PTO policy).
