Pros

Free entrance for yourself anytime. Family Comp tickets 25% discounts in park

Cons

Hire excessive amounts of employees for tax money. Cannot get enough hours fast enough to qualify for full time and get off probation. 430 hours of probation period. Most likely will terminate you before you finish probation. Most new trainees were fired after the holidays so they use you and boot you. Excuse to fire you are ambiguous.

Pros

They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

Cons

Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
