Pros
If you lie enough on right places, you can easily become a supervisor of whatever without any skills or experiences.
Great office location
Interesting projects
Cons
Zero possibility of individual negotiations or needs no matter you are technically “freelancer”. You are treated as “employee” without rights of emplyee.
You never know when you get fired no matter when your contract officially ends.
Zero management of anything. Finance, project planning,… nothing.
Zero work life balance. You are forced to work in crazy crunch time every single day, weekends included with crazy overtime nobody pays for. And when there is not enough work, half of the company usually gets suddenly fired in one day without any warnings or compensations or you are forced to stay home for free for a months while the other half of the company works for 14 hours/day 🤡
This company is based on juniors. You have no chance to learn anything from seniors because there is really small amount of them in here.
Women are here not treated same way as men in point of view of salary equality.
