When the previous CEO departed, there was a promise of a new era for our company. We were told that the focus would be on creating a positive environment and promoting the well-being of all employees. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. The new CEO, rather than fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, has adopted an approach that can only be described as bullying. Even more concerning is the role of the Head of HR, who should be a source of support and guidance for employees. Instead, her presence has become a source of fear. Rather than helping, she has contributed to the creation of a toxic work environment. In conclusion, the company has unfortunately taken a turn for the worse. The promise of a positive and supportive environment has been replaced with a culture of fear and intimidation. It’s disheartening to see such potential for positive change squandered, and I hope for the sake of all employees that there will be a significant shift in leadership style moving forward.
