The office environment is nice. The boss and management team are friendly and communicate effectively. Coworkers tend to be friendly, fun people, and it’s a non-toxic work environment.

The pay is awful, the hours are long, and there’s no down time or relatively easy days to counterbalance the high productivity demands.
