The Revision of salary at UCS is every 3 months in case of IT HRA is provided based on your salary 2 months paid leave (in this leave you might be paid you previous due by the management) Loans are provided against your salary with no interest

Biased Salary Reviews -centralized type organisation- manager discretion-no process for mapping performance medical of Class C is provided to consultants from 2 years been working on 10 hrs shift with 1 day weekly off and recently it has been reduced to 9 hrs per day but with stringent rules. like salarys of 2 days would be cut if you do not report to office and do not inform. HR is least interested in employee welfare salary is always delayed, would be paid at the end of the month or some time 1 and half month According to contract after 2 years 2 months leave is provided and that too now they are not providing, they would decide how many day and when to give. cheapest means of airfare is chosen for you annual vacation you would have
