Pros
Loved working with members to find ways to best match their needs with our products and services. U1 was very good about educating employees on the financial resources we offered and I always felt up-to-date and able to answer member questions.
Cons
The upper levels of management in many departments were very unpleasant to work for. Many were greatly demanding yet equally demeaning and quick to take credit for others hard work. They are always looking for ways to pay more to the "higher-ups" while cost-cutting by downsizing workforce, eliminating positions entirely by dumping work on lower-paid employees while not offering any advancement in wages or positions. Also very inflexible regarding work-life balance when it really counts.
