      Nice Office, Ok Benefits

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low, No bonuses, No merit increases, Senior Management does not even show up for work for weeks at a time, Gossip is horrific, LONG hours, true “Burn and Churn Em” environment, Benefit Counselors are paid lowest rate in industry,complete lack of care for hard working staff.

      Pros

      If you're licensed/bilingual, you get paid more $... that's pretty much it.

      Cons

      They'll communicate that you're a customer service rep, but it IS A SALES POSITION. If you're NOT looking for sales, this IS NOT for you!! They emphasize that educating the customers is the most important thing, and for the most part, they believe that and enforce it. But you will ALSO be penalized if you have a bad string of customers where no one wants to spend money.
