      Pros

      Both Legacy companies have great people.

      Cons

      Pepsi Transportation is too worried about handing their buddies business. Mode gets more business even though they charge the highest rates by 50% and provide the worse service. They are too worried about what business their buddies get than building relationships with existing carrier base.

      - Great coworkers/employees - Low stress - FTO is quite generous

      Cons

      - Annual merit increases and bonuses are very disappointing every year - Lack of culture - Considering the size of the company, it is extremely frugal - Inconsistent management across teams
