helping people get better and steady hours

although they make it seem like they have teamwork, they dont. They dont care if you have to lift a 150 lb person alone, or if you are the only person taking care of 27 patients. I've reported patient safety issues numerous times and nothing is ever done. We do way too much work for what we are paid for and its ruining my body
