Pros
Location isn’t bad. That’s where the pros end.
Cons
Bullying, unprofessionalism, underhandedness and disrespect among staff from the top down is the norm in this company. If you’re ok with being roared at by sales managers and spoken to like dirt by the chairman who thinks life does not exist outside D6 and Unity then you might just thrive working here. Little or no benefits to working here. You have to put up a fight for your expenses to be paid. Targets are extremely hard to achieve given the poor client retention rates and with the poor customer satisfaction rates word gets around in the industry so securing a deal is an uphill struggle at every hurdle. Once the business is won the client is not the priority any longer. It’s onto the next “big win”. Like a hamster on a wheel constantly chasing their tails rather than minding the clients they win.
