Pros
- Good work environment on my direct team up to two levels of leadership - No crunch or overtime - Employer shifted gradually to remote jobs for most roles - Pretty bilingual, most are fluent in English anyway due to internationally hired (or remote) teams and lots of business and public communication in English - Smaller perks like cafeteria, one afternoon happy hour (locally called 5@7) to socialize, couple of drinks, snacks, and fancy coffee machines
Cons
- Lots of lay-offs similar to games/tech industry, also to streamline towards new 2 to 5 year goals (needs some navigation and estimate/thinking where the future and company potential lies) - Some friction in core departments due to politics, although many state that fresh and good seniors / architects with a strong experience and stance can make a difference
