Pros
Some colleagues are amazing to work with. A select few in upper management are fantastic, but that’s a small few.
Cons
The culture within management is poor, and often employees who are guilty of ongoing misconduct are protected. Caseloads are extremely unrealistic. Pay is low for what you have to deal with internally. Out of touch approach from middle management.
