There are opportunities for growth if you're hungry for it. There are opportunities for travel. Very great place to work for if you're looking to work with an engaging team. Fast paced settings for those looking for a challenge.
Cons
Leadership quality varies from branch to branch. You may work for a great manager at one place, but get a poor manager if you transfer to a different location. All training is 'Trial by fire', so don't expect any sort of 'structured' form of training unless you're taking a certification course like forklift training or something similar if you're applying with 0 experience in the rental industry.
