good pay but away from home too much

Plenty of hours to make up for the poor pay. You won't be reprimanded for going over hours.. ever.

Upper management doesn't care about safety and you will be pushed to do things unethical and illegal just to save the owner a few pennies. You will always be rushed and punished if you refuse to do something unsafe when requested.
