I am so impressed with this company. There is a tremendous sense of support and camaraderie among the staff and leadership. I have worked other places that talked about having a great culture. The team at United doesn't just talk; they take action to truly be a great place to work. Everyone works hard here but we do it together and we have each others backs. We help each other up when we need a hand and we celebrate each others victories. Additionally, while there is a strong drive for growth it is never at the expense of quality. I love that the company is steadfastly commited to the communities it serves and the economic development of those areas. Everyone is encouraged to give back in whatever way they can.

The internal database needs improvement to help us be more efficient. Administrative demands are significant in a busy office that can make it tough to get to the work that drives business. I know management is looking at ways to solve this problem.
