Pros
Some nice people to work with, benefits, payment on time. Good care for the residents.
Cons
There are some CNAs even nurses who are rude and uncooperative! They lack the team spirit belief, do not care so much about the residents just to get the job done and run the floors. Some of them get paired into cliques and they criticize a lot the newcomers! Benefits ok, but insurance with high deductible. Hard job not well paid! If you can stand criticism, stressful job requirements becoming more challenging by residents attitudes and supervisor and colleagues comments then it s ok for a while just to have the bills paid!
