Pros

Easy money to work fun leagues, great social opportunities, lots of events to attend, good way to spend time outdoors

Cons

Abysmal work culture, from top to bottom. Owner is a megolomaniac with ego issues who creates an unappealing work environment for full time and part time staff. He routinely takes absolute advantage of his employees, exclusively focusing on shortcomings or minor mistakes and refusing to acknowledge good work or successes unless he can attribute them back to himself. He and his full-time staff habitually feign interest in part-time staff or others until they find a way to use their connections for their own gain. Leagues are insanely overpriced considering how little of the money goes back to the employees or the community. Working there was more stressful than it was worth, and the company's high turnover rate reflects this.
