      Good Company to work with very friendly environment and good management every employee is treated with the same values and very good colleagues

      every company has some pros and cons but I don't think Unitech has any cons in this matter as it is one of the best company I worked with

      perfect platform for entry level engineers to make a strong base & achieve sufficient work experience, numerous projects, friendly working environment.

      Cons

      No benefits, small package, no increment.

      Hot Climate , may be some people find it difficult to work because of hot weather condition. The Company is good to work with.
