Pros
They give you full autonomy of the class. This is good if yiu are a very particular person and you really take teaching seriously. It has a very light and casual atmosphere.
Cons
Since you are given the autonomy, they don't check on your lessons/ methods and lesson pace. I go some kids from one of our part-timers and I saw that their workbooks are not being done ror the student book and workbook pages are mismatched. One downside is if your are a full-time employee, inorder to save money I guess, Is that THEY WILL JAMPACK your schedule as much as they can. They will really use of all your hours as much as they can, this leaves you tired most of the time and you'll soon lose your social life.
