      Pros

      Amazing opportunities, flat structure, surrounded by great talent, fast paced. Supportive and understanding but demanding. Flexible working locations. You are expected to manage your own time. No checks as long as you deliver. You are immediately treated like an adult. Ok to make mistakes as long as you owe up to them and improve.

      Cons

      During productions hours can be long. Everyone expects the best from each other and this can be demanding. Not a lot of onboarding. Not a lot of guidance to start with. You are expected to ask and connect yourself. This can be daunting at the beginning, but helps bonding and promotes independence. Salaries are not the highest in the industry.

      Pros

      Amazing poeple working here. Company is well structured and has great community between offices. Management are friendly and knowledgeable. It makes you want to wake up early to go to work. Very lucky to have the opportunity to be working for them.

      Nothing really that I can think of.
