Pros

WFH Good team members Supportive mentor to teach and provide help Insurance to see doctor

Cons

Rushed training Work timings can be very early or afternoon to evening shift. public holidays, you will be assigned to work as backup. Alot of changes in 2025 process all change. Micromanage. Team manager is very critical to improve customer experience on chats but not the skillset support to clients. This is not a FMCG its a tech company all talk no action. your clients are going to leave. already got 4 people leave the team because of the TM. They will keep people that talk very well but have zero technical skills cannot understand.
