      Pros

      - Work for home, upmost importance for a family-man. - Very good salary. - Stable and mature company, good if you wish to settle for a long time. - Good and very positive environment.

      Cons

      - Technical-wise, code is quite legacy. Not a good place to learn some new shiny technologies. - Career-path is questionable, But I consider all these cons as a fair trade-off to work-from-home policy.
