1. No extreme step of firing employees. They some how manage to accommodate in project. Layoff is rare case. 2. There are few java projects in Cargo which are stable and extremely good. 3. For freshers it is really good company to start
Cons
It is not TCS where you can switch your project or get rid of project if that is not working. I joined as a fresher and have seen pathetic life in unisys. 1. You should not escalate. If you did, you are doomed. 2. Rest of unisys life people will refer that things didnt work for you in previous project. Even after you started performing appreciation will not come, People will refer the same incident. The image will be carry forwarded for rest of the unisys life. 3.Lot of regional politics. If you join in banglore office, and you have banglorian lead then you will see the nightmare in discrimination 4. There are project with worklife balance and also projects which will finish your life.
