      None. Only you are able to get a platform just to get experience (in the name of defence)

      Cons

      Team leads and trainers are not knowledgeable only they have ego. They will be good for those who is good in praising them. No proper hikes. Learning is also very less/limited. For other companies these knowledge means nothing.

      No pros at all for cse people. Only one role that is frontend development based on cpp

      Cons

      No mobile phones allowed inside. Strict regulations, cse people works only on single old technology
