Professional atmosphere, busy but not overwhelming. Mostly very nice customer base.

Repetitive work, gets slow and boring sometimes.

Not a lot of sales pressure

Upper management are all a boys club. CFO bullies employees and talks down to them. Horrible treatment by upper management and no support . Salaried employees are expected to work themselves to death so the company can keep staffing to a minimum. They do not value employees or care about a work/ life balance.
