Not difficult work, Good pay, Good Benefits, Made conductor in 4 months.
Cons
Long hours, weather, Learn a ton of rules, work where your told even if its 2hrs or more away. Managers will observe you once a week and write up any tiny infraction. Rules again cause there is a lot of them.
