It was amazing and sad the way this organization crashed and burned once Lance took over. He took a great company and essentially ruined it from a Safety, Employee and Customer standpoint. 14% approval for Lance is double from the lows and makes me assume he’s delegated staff to log in and upvote.
Cons
Train wreck of a company. Good luck driving value and improvement when everyone assumes the next round of layoffs will happen any day and they won’t have resources to support any change. It’s a cancerous/toxic environment.
