      Pay & Benefits + full pension. Union agreement which basically guarantees employment stability.

      Cons

      Lifestyle is awful, dangerous and unhealthy. No sleep schedule, no work schedule, on call 24/7. You're basically in a sleep-deprived fog for the entirety of your career.
