      Pros

      You can bring your child and/or pet to work with you. If you are close with the administration team then you will be privy to everyone's personal business. There are clear separations of groups within the agency. The agency pays individual health insurance. Providing time is available to the employee it is a painless process to use it.

      Cons

      There are many changes going on at the agency and the lines between administration and management are blurred.
