Pros
Great company to work for. Everyone is treated like family. Small company where every department collaborates. Flexibility around family (childcare, medical, etc.) need of employees. Never boring because there is always a new challenge.
Cons
Not a downtown location. Because it is such a small company, there is not a lot of room for advancement into more senior positions.
