As Unimacts continues to expand, some internal processes are still developing. This can sometimes feel less structured, but it also offers employees the chance to contribute to shaping systems and improvements.

Unimacts used to be an amazing place to work at with great leaders that valued customers and employees.

Since ZETWERK took over there has been nothing but disappointment on how the company is being managed. ZETWERK has hired executives that not only does not understand the company and industry but that also have ZERO experience in solar. The new CEO can’t understand solar projects and needs to compare it to school buses. The President is lost most of the time and don’t understand how the company works. This company is basically run by a bunch of potheads.
