Pros
The company has some excellent products and services and is internationally focussed. It has a solid middle management and good work colleagues
Cons
The company has been going downhill under the current CEO, Hamid Askhavan. There has been a lack of strategy with management having the company dash after too many things that do not bring revenue. The past years have also been plaqued with restructuring and lack of stabilty in the management.
