Pros
Work duties and co-workers (a few were great to work with).
Cons
Wishy-washy, half-truth hiring, and duties are NEVER on the same page by changing how to do things on a whim! In the 17 months working here, from the start, it was crazy-making. It was almost like on purpose - ramp agents would get set up to fail. It was like one person knew something that no one else knew. Ask a question - wait and wait for answers. Accusations of wrong doing without giving specifics. Tattle tales and misguided criticism. Manager even went so far as to contact another employer to CHECK UP on her working at another job! Scheduling was a means of starting trouble for all agents. Manager would schedule you on the day you asked for special request to be off. Wrote up some employees and let others get by for the SAME infraction of policies. Ramp agents told, "no senior agents, we are all a team", and the very next issue ramp agents told, "the SENIOR agent is in charge!" Nit-picking - it was ridiculousness to fight over candy for the lobby candy dish for passengers! Trainer continually complained about the night crew and what they did or didn't do. Manager told the entire staff, "I'm running this operation, I'm the manager, if you don't like, there's the door." She lost one hell of a good agent right after that meeting, turned in his tags and left the operation. Numerous others left due to the same type of treatment. She noted at one meeting, "I've been known to make it tough and people will quit." Now there's some serious attitude!
