Pros
Colleagues who are below leadership are very down to earth and talented. I learn a lot from them.
Cons
Leadership is completely messed up. Bright, young talented employees are abused, overworked, gaslit and often gatekept from information and opportunities. Everything takes five layers of approval, very bloated and out-dated process that they will cling to like their life alert necklaces. This place could be so much better. Often times comms team has to take feedback from VPs with no formal communication background (think people who can't edit a word document, much less anything visual or from the digital age).
