      Cons

      I was left go after 2 weeks as my brother was murdered and needed time off for my family after 2 weeks of work The training was terrible, they even wanted to know why I had to write things down. They would spend 90% of the day speaking in their own language and not try to explain anything in English. Highly unprofessional. Don't work for them if you can avoid it!

We do understand that family takes precedence over work, and while we sincerely sympathize with the situation at hand, we also believe that training for a new position can be overwhelming when dealing with personal issues. We like to do business with the utmost professionalism and do not believe in treating anyone in an unjust manner, but we are human!       Pros

      I am a current employee of Unica Group, and I have been employed here since the Autumn of 2017. I enjoy the workplace environment and I am pleased with the feeling of unity between myself and my colleagues. I have the opportunity to correspond with other employees and vendors, and the business practices which are in place here are satisfactory. The management is very kind and I am more than happy to be a part of this team!

      Cons

      I have not experienced any situation which could be considered a 'con' for working for Unica Group. I enjoy my job quite a lot, actually.

      Pros

      Great people at all levels of the company - everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together in accomplishing the mission. The CEO and Management team are highly Motivated which brings much positive energy in the whole team. This is the definition of what a team should be. Its been wonderful to be a part of the company . I can list the pros as - Great Work Culture , you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated - Feels awesome to work with a talented & experienced team. - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work.
