Pros

- They offer attractive net benefits. - Good work/live balance.

Cons

- Limited growth and centralized decision-making: The company has a very small management structure where the CEO makes all decisions and rarely delegates. This creates a bottleneck that hinders growth and leaves little room for initiative or innovation. - Inefficient internal processes: Many internal meetings lack clear outcomes and often feel like a waste of time. - Unequal accountability: Some developers in key positions are never held accountable, even when underperforming. Meanwhile, others (every position) in more "replaceable" roles are let go quickly, regardless of their actual contribution or effort. - Unfair judgment and poor communication: Management tends to accept internal feedback at face value without verifying facts. In one case, a colleague criticized my documentation, yet the version that was ultimately used was my original work with only minimal edits. - Poor work environment: The office is located in an inconvenient area and the workspace itself is disorganized. Offshore freelancers - Some projects rely on low-cost offshore freelance technical teams or testers, but performance and quality often fall short.
