Pros
Good if you need something for now, but find a more dependable environment. Management loves to terminate people to cut costs. It will be over before you know it.
Cons
Disorganized, discombobulated, and egocentric management. Business Transformation is a mess, Communications is a disaster, and IT is confused, all due to three key managers who do not know what they are doing or are supposed to do. Each department leader keeps making mistakes, and then firing others for their own incompetence. The ones doing the layoffs are the ones that need to be laid off.
