Employee's are spread out over 4 different states, makes it hard to get to everyone.

very warm welcome at the beginning easy but questionable onboarding experience untraditional hiring process

There are no financial control or handles at the gp office in Texas. Very unstable and unpredictable job security. Unable to control their overhead which has lead to two lay offs within two years. Promotes “hiring for veterans” and doesn’t not observe or recognize them for their service. Horrible relationship with its closest customers due to major default in payments and promises.
