Pros
Regular payment, good working environment, if we use the resources properly, very good support. Good infrastructure and logistic. Education support good as well. Ability to make career and make progress in corporation.
Cons
Working overtime without getting paid. Bad organisation inside the office, due to incompetence of coworkers and bad organisation skills of manager. Bad team combination, and too much competition between coworkers due to plans that are set in front of sellers.
