      Nothing as such unless you are very under confident they can boost it up or down exponentially

      Cons

      Is a very bad start up market they are dealing in is saturated, do no pay incentives on time, once you leave forget your salary as well as incentives due

      great help and mentorship from the senior tech employees any time of the day

      Cons

      i couldn't focus on the internship well enough as it was remote. Would have been a a better learning experience if it was in office
