Not the best - Welder/Fabricator Uni-Structures Employee Review

The crew is very nice and laid back, the management is great, the ambiance is friendly and outgoing. We also have a list of benefits that are nice.

Benefits could be better, but they arent bad.

Gain real hand on experience that are easily transferable to other trades. Some people are great to work with.

Chronic lack of planning. Crews are routinely sent to jobs without the correct hardware, materials, or clear instructions. Installers are expected to figure it out on the fly to cover for office mistakes. Communication is inconsistent at best. Safety feels like an afterthought instead of a standard. Workload expectations do not match the level of support provided.
