Lots of work but passion needs to come in

Received a very warm and hospitable welcome into the company. Colleagues were all very patient and willing to teach us interns the ropes! Safe to say that over the 3 months, I learned a lot about time management, client management, and delegation of work within teams. Helped me a lot with honing my decision making skills as I learnt to become more decisive and assertive.

The working hours experienced was very intensive, felt that the work done extended beyond the job scope limits that were discussed prior to beginning the internship. Hard to achieve a work-life balance throughout and there was no remuneration for weekday OT outside of the intern allowance.
